- We are seeking an Electrode Sustaining Engineer to join our Operations Sustaining team at Form Energy.
- The role involves optimizing electrode manufacturing processes for our iron-air batteries, driving continuous improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting root cause analysis, and supporting factory layout and capacity planning.
- The position requires hands-on experience in manufacturing processes such as powder handling, roll-to-roll processing, and lamination, with at least 5 years in a fast-paced environment.
- The role offers relocation assistance and is based at the Weirton, WV facility, near Pittsburgh.
