Description
- Forbes is seeking an experienced Senior Home & Kitchen Editor to join the editorial team.
- This role will be responsible for managing a small team while leading the strategy, planning, and execution of content in the Forbes Vetted Home & Kitchen section across the full lifecycle of content creation, including planning, assigning stories, writing, editing, and performance tracking.
- The category publishes buying guides, roundups, product reviews, news posts, how-tos, columns, and feature stories.
- The ideal candidate is a subject-matter expert with at least 5 years of experience in home and kitchen topics, with 2+ years managing direct reports.
- Responsibilities include spearheading coverage, planning editorial calendars, assigning and editing content, conducting research and testing, creating off-platform content, managing a team, leveraging tools like Google Keywords, SEMrush, and Looker, and participating in sales event coverage.
- The role requires collaboration across teams, innovation, and experience in video content creation.
- The annual salary range is $95,000 - $105,000.
- The position is remote within certain U.S. states, with specific residency requirements.
