Based in Paris, our 20-person team is scaling fast and we’re just getting started.
- We’re now looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to own our model lifecycle end-to-end. You’ll fine-tune and train models, dive into the latest research, experiment with cutting-edge architectures, and deploy production-ready inference systems that bring our platform to life. If you thrive at the crossroads of deep learning, applied research, and real-world engineering, Flim is the place to make your mark.

Requirements
- Strong experience with Python, PyTorch, and transformer architectures.
- Hands-on experience with fine-tuning, model training, and evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to read and synthesize research papers and evaluate new techniques.
- Familiarity with basic data visualization and data exploration tools (Pandas, Matplotlib, etc.).
- Curiosity, autonomy, and willingness to explore new AI tools and approaches.
