Description
- The Content Creator at Fashion Nova works closely with various internal teams such as Photography, Studio Operations, Buying/Merchandising, and Marketing to develop high-quality content primarily for social media channels.
- The role requires conceptualizing innovative ideas that resonate with the audience and translating the brand aesthetic into social media assets across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Responsibilities include shooting, editing, and polishing vibrant content including Reels, TikToks, IGTV videos, behind-the-scenes footage, and digital assets to energize product launches, brand partnerships, in-store events, and influencer activations.
- The candidate will collaborate with external creators, scout and onboard new talent, ensure content aligns with campaign themes, maintain the brand’s visual identity, leverage AI tools for content creation, stay ahead of digital trends, and partner with influencers for campaigns.
- The role also involves reviewing content quality, participating in strategy discussions, and contributing data-driven insights to creative direction.

Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience in photography, videography, content editing, and content strategy.
- Exceptional fashion and model photography skills; retail or eCommerce experience is highly desirable.
- Deep, intuitive understanding of social media platforms and mastery in creating content optimized for each.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content tools and analytics platforms.
- Outstanding organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines with grace and efficiency.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative concepts and effectively present ideas both internally and externally.
- High cultural and social awareness, demonstrating sensitivity, inclusivity, and an active understanding of social conversations, trends, and topics relevant to the Fashion Nova community.
- Adaptable and comfortable thriving in a high-energy, high-output creative environment.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed to capture and direct impactful, on-brand content.
