Key responsibilities include generating new business through outreach, conducting personalized consultations, selling and cross-selling products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines, maintaining strong client relationships, meeting sales goals, staying updated on industry knowledge, utilizing CRM tools, and participating in team activities.
We seek professionals passionate about sales, proactive, and committed to growth, with at least 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience, excellent communication skills, confidence in outbound calling, a coachable attitude, and property & casualty and/or life & health licenses (preferred or willingness to obtain).
