Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience
- At least 3+ years in engineering management or technical program management roles
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams through complex projects
- Strong project and program management skills, familiar with Agile/Scrum/Kanban
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong technical foundation in Python, Data pipelines, cloud platforms
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for building great teams and impactful software
