The role of Strategic Account Director involves partnering with enterprise accounts in the DC/Maryland area, focusing on growth, retention, strategic planning, and on-site client engagement.
The candidate will manage 5-10 high-value accounts, advocate for customer needs, and work closely with product and executive teams.
The position requires 5+ years in strategic customer success or key account management, experience managing large accounts with $1M+ ARR, and strong consultative and autonomous working skills.
Weekly local travel is expected.
