- The role involves leading the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs, collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders, and overseeing professional development.
- The candidate will develop and implement strategies aligned with organizational goals, conduct assessments, utilize data-driven insights, and incorporate AI and emerging technologies into learning solutions.
- They will partner with global leaders, act as a trusted advisor, establish metrics for program effectiveness, and introduce innovative learning methodologies.
- The role also includes leading change management initiatives, managing a team of L&D professionals, overseeing budgets, and sourcing external vendors.
- The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), 8-10 years of experience in organization development and L&D, strong business acumen, and familiarity with AI and digital transformation in learning.
