- In a fast-moving technology startup environment, priorities shift quickly and strategic clarity is critical—you’ll operate as a force multiplier by managing the CEO’s time, communication, and operational cadence.
- This is a high-visibility role with direct influence on how the company executes, communicates, and scales.

Requirements
- 4–8+ years’ experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator; able to represent the CEO internally and externally.
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exercises excellent judgment with confidential or sensitive information.
- Thrives in a fast-growing, dynamic environment and adapts quickly to changing needs.
- Comfortable interacting with executives, customers, investors, and cross-functional teams.
- Tech-savvy and eager to improve processes and systems over time.
- Exposure to investor relations, board materials, or fundraising processes.
- Project management or operations experience.
- Ability to build systems, streamline workflows, and create structure.
