Description
- The Customer Enablement Specialist will design and execute customer education and enablement initiatives, with a focus on building ElevenLabs University and its flagship “Agent Builder” certification.
- This role is central to developing scalable learning programs, driving product adoption, and fostering an engaged enterprise community.
- From within the Customer Success team, you’ll collaborate across Engineering, Growth, and Revenue teams to create education experiences that empower customers, elevate product expertise, and strengthen long-term relationships.
- The ideal candidate combines instructional design expertise, a passion for technology, and a customer-first mindset to help enterprises succeed with ElevenLabs.

Requirements
- Experience in customer enablement, education, or success within a SaaS or AI technology company (2+ years preferred).
- Proven ability to design and deliver scalable learning programs and certifications using adult learning principles.
- Strong project management, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Skilled at hosting webinars, virtual training, and community engagement initiatives.
- Excellent communicator who can translate technical concepts into accessible learning content.
