Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Technical or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years experience as an Account Executive with a focus on Owner Sales.
  • Knowledge of ASHRAE recommendations, HVAC industry, and refrigeration.
  • Strong mathematics and physics understanding.
  • Experience with construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and processes is a plus.
  • Effective interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to switch quickly between tasks based on priority and timeline.
  • Works well within a team dynamic.
  • High proficiency with Word, Excel, and internet browsers.
  • Critical thinking and willingness to learn.
