  • As Edmentum’s Strategic Partnership Manager, you will drive strategic enterprise sales and forge lasting partnerships with large urban school districts. You will be responsible for leading full sales cycles, developing customized growth plans, staying ahead of market trends, delivering tailored presentations, collaborating with internal teams, and cultivating relationships with district leaders.
  • The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred), with 5+ years of experience in K–12 education or SaaS, deep expertise in public-sector procurement, and experience with instructional or data analytics platforms. You should have a proven track record of building relationships in large urban districts, connecting solutions to student outcomes, and managing complex sales cycles. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach are essential.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales within K–12 education or SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in public-sector procurement, RFPs, and district contracting.
  • Hands-on experience with instructional, assessment, or data analytics platforms in K–12 settings.
  • Proven track record of building relationships in large urban districts (50K+ enrollment).
  • Ability to connect solutions to student outcomes and district strategic goals.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, managing complex sales cycles.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with district leaders.
