Description
- The Director of Partnerships at SESI will spearhead growth and expansion across SESI’s Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
- Reporting to the Senior Director of Partnerships, this role collaborates with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to design and implement a strategic sales plan, cultivate strong relationships with district stakeholders, and drive new business revenue.
- The ideal candidate brings a deep knowledge of the K-12 education landscape, proven experience in special education, alternative education, and/or consultative sales, and a strong commitment to advancing outcomes for diverse learners.
- Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing the full sales cycle, identifying new partnership opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with district leaders, and collaborating with internal teams to refine strategies and forecast sales.
- Requirements include 3+ years of experience in K-12 education, preferably in special or alternative education, experience in business development or sales, proven goal achievement, strong communication skills, familiarity with school district funding and laws like IDEA, and willingness to travel approximately 20–30%.
- The physical requirement involves operating a computer or tablet for up to 8 hours daily.
- The position offers a salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 plus commission, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and family-building benefits.
