Description
- The Business Analyst (Salesforce) will be instrumental in supporting Docplanner Group's ongoing migration to Salesforce as their core CRM.
- The role includes requirements gathering, process mapping, defining data and non-functional requirements, partnering with product and engineering teams, and leading user acceptance testing.
- The position is remote in Warsaw or Barcelona, with responsibilities spanning stakeholder facilitation, data governance, and continuous process improvement.
