Description
  • Join the Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary team as a Senior Service Manager, responsible for the operation and management of the Techniker Krankenkasse mobile application.
  • The role includes coordinating the end-to-end service delivery, leading support teams across different levels and locations, and developing ITIL-based processes to ensure high service availability.
  • The Service Manager will work closely with DevOps engineers, internal and external stakeholders, and oversee system performance and stability in OTC and Kubernetes environments.

Requirements
  • Several years of experience as Service Manager or Operations Manager in an IT environment
  • Confident knowledge of ITIL processes (certification is a plus)
  • Experience managing international teams
  • Basic knowledge of DevOps, containerized infrastructures (Kubernetes), and cloud/on-prem systems
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • German language skills are an advantage
