Description
- Join the Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary team as a Senior Service Manager, responsible for the operation and management of the Techniker Krankenkasse mobile application.
- The role includes coordinating the end-to-end service delivery, leading support teams across different levels and locations, and developing ITIL-based processes to ensure high service availability.
- The Service Manager will work closely with DevOps engineers, internal and external stakeholders, and oversee system performance and stability in OTC and Kubernetes environments.

Requirements
- Several years of experience as Service Manager or Operations Manager in an IT environment
- Confident knowledge of ITIL processes (certification is a plus)
- Experience managing international teams
- Basic knowledge of DevOps, containerized infrastructures (Kubernetes), and cloud/on-prem systems
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- German language skills are an advantage
