Description
- The Licence Manager at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary is responsible for coordinating and steering projects related to software asset management and target licensing within the Supplier & License Management team.
- Key tasks include managing licenses using tool-based systems, monitoring and reporting license usage and demand, optimizing license costs, providing license consulting, and making platform recommendations based on licensing impacts.
- The role requires deep knowledge of license metrics, policies, and management tools such as Flexera, USU, and Raynet.
- The candidate should have experience with cloud licensing models (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), negotiation skills, and familiarity with ITIL or ISO/IEC 19770 standards.
- Automation skills in PowerShell and Python are also important.
- The role involves collaboration with international teams, influencing stakeholders, and supporting license-related change initiatives.
- Fluency in German (B2) and English (B2) is required.
- The position is full-time and limited to remote work within Hungary due to taxation regulations.

- Good knowledge of license metrics and license policies of strategic software suppliers
- Experience with Software Asset Management tools such as Flexera, USU, Raynet
- Knowledge of Software Asset Management processes and content
- Strong project management skills
- Experience working with international and cross-functional teams using agile methods
- Knowledge of cloud licensing models including Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform
- Understanding of SaaS/PaaS licensing strategies and cost optimization
- Supporting or leading negotiations with software suppliers, understanding legal terms and licensing agreements
- Familiarity with ITIL processes or ISO/IEC 19770 standards
- Automation and scripting skills in PowerShell and Python
- Understanding of enterprise architecture alignment for software assets
- Ability to drive license-related change initiatives and influence stakeholders
- Language skills: German (B2) and English (B2)
