Description
- The internship at Deutsche Telekom TSI Hungary Kft's Telekom Cloud Mission Control Squad involves monitoring services and platforms using various tools, managing critical alarms, analyzing issues, and documenting solutions.
- The role includes responding to threats affecting platform stability such as service degradation, outages, and DDoS alerts, as well as handling customer incidents and providing hypercare support periodically.
- The position requires ongoing higher education studies with at least one year remaining, a minimum of 25 hours per week commitment, confident Linux skills, conversational English, basic networking knowledge, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud is advantageous.
- The role is part of a multi-shift work schedule, with remote work only available within Hungary due to European tax regulations.
