Description
- The internship at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions offers an opportunity to monitor cybersecurity systems for multinational clients, familiarize oneself with ticket management tools, follow proper procedures in case of issues, provide 24/7 support including weekends, substitute full-time colleagues, and learn and operate the latest cybersecurity technologies.
- The role includes communication with international clients and is suitable for students with at least one year of ongoing studies in IT, willing to work in multiple shifts, with confident IT knowledge, interest in IT security, team spirit, and at least B2 level in English and/or German.
