Description
- The position is responsible for managing contract fulfillment with a focus on time, quality, and cost, including development of offers for contract expansions and renewals, escalation and claim management, and end-to-end execution of standard farming and upselling.
- The role includes coordinating service delivery activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines and service levels, applying project delivery methodologies, managing financial and service reporting, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in the IT industry, with expertise in Service Delivery Management, ITIL, and Agile concepts.
- Fluency in German (C1 or B2) and English (B2 or higher) is required, along with strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of networking, cloud technologies, ticketing tools, and contract management is advantageous.
- The role is full-time and based in Hungary with remote work only within Hungary due to tax regulations.
