Description
- The Guest Services Coordinator (GSC) is responsible for shelter scanning, shelter wait list signups, answering the phones, greeting visitors, and accomplishing a variety of administrative and communication duties associated with the Contact Office, Guest Services office, and Resource Room.
- The individual will bring all areas of concern to the attention of the Guest Services Lead (GSL).
- Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, ensuring proper check-in procedures, handling donations, supporting guest welfare, coordinating with other teams, and performing administrative tasks.
- The role requires a high school diploma or GED, bilingual skills (English/Spanish preferred), proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases, excellent communication, organizational skills, confidentiality, and a valid driver’s license.
- The position is full-time, not exceeding 40 hours per week, with shift differential pay for hours worked from 6pm-6am.
- The role involves some travel and requires the candidate to be a Christian aligned with the organization’s Statement of Faith.
