Requirements
  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience, with 3+ years in a sales leadership role
  • Proven success in exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales teams
  • Deep expertise in pipeline growth, forecasting, and deal strategy
  • Strong command of SPICED methodology and familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger, Value Selling
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Experience supporting Account Executives in the field and executive deal sponsorship
  • Skilled in running weekly 1:1s, deal reviews, and coaching
  • Experience in sales enablement and certifications
  • Executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders
