- As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in delivering complex Salesforce solutions for our clients.
- You will design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform automation.
- Translate business and functional requirements into thoughtful technical designs.
- Partner closely with solution architects, consultants, and analysts to shape technical direction.
- Build solutions that are scalable, secure, and understandable by other developers.
- Design and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and event-based patterns.
- Participate in and lead code reviews focused on quality, performance, and sustainability.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across environments and releases.
- Support deployment, release management, and CI/CD practices.
- Communicate technical risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Contribute to technical standards, patterns, and shared best practices across Demand Chain.
- You will be hands-on.
- You will write code.
- You will be trusted to make decisions and expected to stand behind them.
- Salesforce experience is mandatory.
- You bring 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, ideally in a consulting or client-facing environment.
- Strong, hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce automation and security model, Salesforce integrations, governor limits, performance considerations, and data modeling.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams or projects.
- Strong communication skills.
- Preferred experience includes CI/CD, DevOps, Data Cloud, large data architectures, regulated industries, mentoring, and multiple Salesforce clouds.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I required; Platform Developer II preferred.
- Additional certifications are a plus.
