Description
  • Our Account Management team oversees our restaurant business brand relationships. As Deliveroo continues to grow, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants - aside from providing the best support, we are restaurant consultants who use data-driven insight and industry knowledge to lead our partner restaurants' growth.
  • The AM is focused on the relationship with the network on the Italian market, working with other internal departments (marketing, operations, product) to offer the best consultancy service to our top brands.
  • This role is based in Cagliari or Sassari and will report to the Regional Manager.
  • As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of restaurant brands, monitoring and analyzing performance, negotiating contracts, planning portfolio strategy, and controlling P&L to identify opportunities and risks.
  • You will build lasting relationships, improve partner satisfaction, and contribute to market share growth.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years experience in account management or sales.
  • P&L knowledge and negotiation skills.
  • Experience creating long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrate experience using tools and related project management applications.
  • Experience in Horeca/restaurants/food market would be a plus.
  • Fluency in English would be a plus.
