We are looking for a proactive and strategic Manager of Business Development Representatives to join our Sales team in Amsterdam.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and upscaling our business development department together with our Director of Business Development in New York and Director of Sales in Amsterdam.
Your efforts will drive lead generation for our Account Executive team.
DataSnipper is an automation platform transforming audit and finance, with over 500,000 users worldwide.
Key responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing BDRs, managing pipeline metrics, aligning with sales and marketing, building prospecting strategies, maintaining CRM hygiene, hiring and onboarding new BDRs, partnering with RevOps, developing prospecting plans, and providing pipeline forecasts.
Requirements include 3+ years in business development or sales, at least 2 years managing a team, entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, passion for talent development, growth mindset, proactive attitude, and fluency in English.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in a business development or sales role.
At least 2 years of experience in leading and managing a team.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work effectively in a scale-up environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to executives.

Growth mindset and attention to detail.
Proactive mindset and strong project and time management skills.
