- Based out of the Rockwall clinic, the BCBA will oversee and deliver ABA services across various settings, lead treatment planning, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and care teams, and contribute to program development and clinical excellence.

- Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, monitoring progress, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with BACB standards, and supporting staff development.

- Total Annual Compensation: $75,000–$107,000 including base salary and incentives
- Base Salary: $75,000–$87,000
- Monthly Performance Bonuses: Up to $1,000/month (up to $12,000 annually)
