Description
- The Research Analyst reports to the Local Manager and is responsible for supporting the development of local research output and thought leadership.
- Key duties include gathering, analyzing, and presenting real estate trends, compiling research narratives and graphics, analyzing market statistics, developing and maintaining databases, creating spreadsheets and graphs, and producing quarterly market reports with written analysis.
- Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree (industry-related preferred), 1-3 years of real estate research or related experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and PowerBI skills are a plus.
- The role offers a salary range of $63,750 to $75,000, with benefits including health, vision, dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, and paid time off.
