- The role involves leading all IT and technical operations at the Hollywood headquarters, supporting hardware, software, network infrastructure, and event technology.
- Responsibilities include providing IT support, onboarding and offboarding employees, managing network and VPN, supporting event tech setups, optimizing systems for scaling, managing assets and licenses, automating processes, maintaining data security, enforcing security best practices, troubleshooting connected devices, and coordinating with outside vendors.
- The role requires a proactive problem-solving mindset, strong troubleshooting skills, experience supporting Mac environments, and familiarity with SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and CRM platforms.
