Description
- As the Director Maintenance Services, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
- The primary purpose of your job position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that our facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.

Requirements
- Must be able to move intermittently throughout the work day.
- Must be able to speak & write the English language in an understandable manner.
- Must function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, support agencies, and outside agencies.
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 20 pounds to a minimum height of three feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 20 feet.
- May be necessary to assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations.
