  • CRD Careers is supporting a major global organization in hiring a Procurement Contracts Manager who can keep complex vendor agreements compliant and moving efficiently.
  • The role involves reviewing, redlining, and negotiating vendor contracts such as MSAs, SOWs, MNDAs, and order forms.
  • The manager will oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including renewals, deadlines, approvals, and documentation.
  • They will coordinate with Legal, InfoSec, Privacy, Risk, and Procurement teams, lead vendor communications, and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.
  • The role requires maintaining organized records, refining templates and workflows, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • The ideal candidate has 5+ years of contract administration experience, strong understanding of contract law, and hands-on experience with CLM tools like DocuSign, ContractWorks, or iManage.
  • They must reside in DC, Boston, NYC, Chicago, or Houston.
