Description
  • The Senior Training Designer will be responsible for creating multimedia training solutions primarily for Epic and other health systems.
  • This includes partnering with training team members, subject matter experts, and customers to develop audience-specific training materials, including traditional and computer-based curricula.
  • The role involves organizing and reporting on virtual and classroom training registration and completion, serving as the team’s learning management system administrator, and testing training environments.
  • Responsibilities also include designing, writing, updating, and testing computer-based training modules, as well as participating in developing training delivery strategies.
  • Occasional weekend support and travel may be required.

  • Associate's Degree
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree
