Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- Experience with manufacturing processes and equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production issues
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
