Description
- Consolidated Analytics is a fast-growing mortgage and financial services company with Centers of Excellence in Chennai and Pune.
- The role involves validating system functionality through test scenarios, ensuring end-to-end business processes are accurate, and supporting system enhancements or platform changes with high-quality testing and documentation.
- Responsibilities include collaborating with business users, designing and executing UAT test plans, identifying and documenting test scenarios, simulating underwriting process scenarios, detecting and escalating defects, participating in requirement walkthroughs, tracking test progress, and ensuring compliance with QA standards and mortgage regulations.
- The ideal candidate has experience in US Mortgage Underwriting or UAT testing, knowledge of loan origination systems, manual testing, and familiarity with tools like Jira, ALM, and TestRail.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in US Mortgage Underwriting or UAT testing in a mortgage lending environment.
- Strong functional understanding of loan origination systems (LOS), underwriting guidelines, and document workflows.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing in UAT environments; knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodology.
- Proficiency in test case creation, execution, defect tracking, and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, ALM, TestRail).
- Familiarity with DU/LP systems and automated underwriting systems (AUS).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a night shift or with US-based clients is preferred.
