Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years’ sales experience, with 3+ years of proven success at a management level
  • Experience managing a sales team in a fast-paced, high activity/volume outbound selling environment
  • Comfortable leveraging data to support effective sales behavior
  • Motivated by success and able to motivate team members
  • Adept at setting and driving strategic initiatives
  • Passion for delivering value to customers
  • Ability to remain focused and flexible during rapid change
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in budgeting, pricing, and inventory management
  • Must be able to travel in Arizona 50% of the time with 5-6 overnight stays per month
  • Availability to work M-F business hours with flexibility for nights and weekends
  • Deep sales experience and success in building high-performance sales organizations
  • Willingness to learn about cannabis industry specifics
