Requirements
- 10+ years of professional work experience including 8+ years of capture experience in a federal system integrator or professional services environment.
- Successful history of winning large, complex federal projects, especially in the $50M-$100M+ TCV range.
- Experience with leading proposal responses and proposal writing.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment across multiple business units.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
- Leadership and management skills to oversee processes and drive team success.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and follow-through on commitments.
- Strong process and planning skills, goal-oriented, task-driven.
- Experience presenting to clients or management.
- Proven track record of growing accounts and penetrating new markets.
