Description
  • Lead and oversee recovery support and workforce development programs at CHASI's Recovery Center and Peer Training Institute.

🎯

Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience providing peer-led recovery support services and/or facilitation of training on topics related to substance use disorder, harm reduction, or recovery coaching.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory and program management role.
  • Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) required.
  • CCAR Recovery Coach Professional (RCP) required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; significant related experience may be considered as a substitute.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including ethnic, cultural, and sexual minorities.
  • Knowledge of harm reduction and trauma-informed practices.
  • Ability to deliver training and support.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting systems.
