Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field.
- Valid state license or certification as required for laboratory management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Leadership experience in managing laboratory personnel.
- Knowledge of CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory standards.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
