Description
- The Managed Services Engineer is responsible for supporting and delivering superior service to ISP/MSP business customers by managing and troubleshooting SDWAN networks (with an emphasis on Versa Networks), business data circuits, VoIP services, VPNs, managed routers, firewalls, and other custom-managed services.
- The role involves providing end-to-end support, troubleshooting LAN setups, supporting onboarding, collaborating with vendors, owning support issues, maintaining customer relationships, and mentoring team members.
- This is a remote position open to candidates residing in specific U.S. states.
