Description
  • Claro, in partnership with Hitss Global, seeks a high-performing Strategic IT Sales Executive with a strong hunter mindset. This individual should excel at prospecting and expanding new business within existing accounts, primarily by opening doors, securing appointments, and recognizing new opportunities in strategic accounts through our IT solutions. Claro and Hitss are globally recognized as a unified IT Solutions Provider, offering extensive services in digital transformation, AI, IoT, ITSM, cybersecurity, and software development.
  • Responsibilities include collaborating on account strategy, identifying decision-makers, leading full sales cycles, designing tailored IT solutions, positioning bundled offerings, achieving sales quotas, representing the company at events, traveling internationally, staying informed on industry trends, developing strategic relationships, partnering with marketing, negotiating contracts, providing reports, and ensuring smooth post-sale transitions. The position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
  • Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of B2B technology sales experience, 3-4 years in the US market, full sales cycle experience, proficiency with prospecting tools, negotiation skills, strong communication, CRM and Office skills, experience with Fortune 500 executives, command of Spanish, and experience selling to Latin American companies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience selling B2B technology solutions with a proven new client acquisition track record
  • 3-4 years of experience selling in the US Market
  • Experience across the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
  • Experience utilizing prospecting tools such as Zoominfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, seamless, etc.
  • Skilled in negotiation, pipeline development, and consultative sales methods
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience reaching top management and C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies (preferred)
  • Command of the Spanish language for business
  • Experience selling to Latin American companies
