  • The Audit Client Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting our audit department by coordinating projects.
  • You’ll work closely with engagement leaders and clients, managing calendars, facilitating communication, and ensuring audit readiness.
  • This hybrid position requires in-office presence at least twice a week to foster strong relationships and team collaboration.
  • While the standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8–5 PM, occasional extended hours may be needed during peak periods.
  • You’ll be part of a dynamic client services team that values efficiency, adaptability, and the ability to bring fresh ideas to improve our processes.
  • Essential functions include but are not limited to: Provide high-level project coordination for audit teams, supporting engagement management and business transitions.
  • Collaborate with audit teams to assess pre-audit readiness and perform detailed Quality Control (QC) checklist reviews to ensure compliance with auditing standards.
  • Draft and manage client offboarding documentation, including Consent of Release forms, Successor Accountant letters, and engagement binders.
  • Facilitate client communications to support scheduling, planning meetings, and fieldwork coordination.
  • Monitor engagement progress and client expectations to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Prepare budgets, client presentations, and internal/external correspondence to support audit team operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, staffing, and engagement tracking across multiple audit teams.
  • Oversee service agreement processes to ensure timely contract execution and participate in engagement wrap-up activities.
  • Communicate clearly with engagement leaders, the Director of Client Services, and peers regarding project status and open items.
  • Contribute to team-wide initiatives including DEI and sustainability goals, maintain procedural documentation, and support special projects as assigned.
  • Education: High school diploma; or a combination of education and directly related work experience.
  • Experience: 1+ years’ experience in project coordination or financial controls and progressively been responsible for providing support to multiple constituents.
  • Previous professional services company experience preferred.
  • You must pass a credit check at any time to remain eligible for this position.
