Requirements
Experience working directly with customers in technical or field environments
Strong customer discovery and user research skills - comfortable conducting onsite visits and field interviews
Ability to translate customer insights into clear product requirements and specifications
Comfortable in a greenfield environment and excited to shape core workflows and customer experiences
Strong communication skills - verbal and written - with ability to work effectively across engineering, customers, and leadership
Analytical mindset with ability to leverage usage data and feedback to drive product decisions
Bonus: Past experience in product management, customer success, implementation or other customer facing functions
Bonus: Experience in construction, infrastructure, GIS, or related technical industries
