Description
  • As Director of Product Marketing, you'll lead and evolve the product marketing function at ChowNow during a transformational moment in the company's evolution. Under new CEO leadership, we're reimagining how we bring products to market and accelerate value delivery to restaurants. You'll be the strategic bridge between Product, Growth Marketing, and Sales, elevating the frameworks, processes, and team capabilities that enable world-class launches while directly influencing product strategy through customer insights.
  • You'll manage and develop the product marketing team, conduct deep market analysis, craft compelling product positioning and messaging, lead go-to-market strategies, enable sales teams, and drive product adoption initiatives. The role requires a proven leader with extensive experience in B2C/B2B product marketing, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Requirements
  • 7+ years in B2C and/or B2B product marketing at technology or platform companies
  • 4+ years building and leading high-performing product marketing teams
  • Experience in scaling product marketing functions and establishing launch frameworks
  • Deep research-driven approach with customer research programs and competitive analysis
  • Ability to craft positioning and messaging for dual audiences (restaurant owners and diners)
  • Experience leading successful product launches across multiple teams
  • Operational rigor with metrics, frameworks, and process optimization
  • Passion for SMB and mission-driven work, empowering small businesses
