Description
- Chartbeat Inc. is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Manager to define, implement, and manage the company's full-cycle recruiting strategy.
- The role requires managing a heavy requisition load, designing scalable processes, optimizing Greenhouse ATS, and developing employer branding strategies.
- The candidate will also develop training programs, establish recruiting metrics, and promote diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
- Responsibilities include managing relationships with external agencies, supporting onboarding, and providing strategic HR input.
- The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in global talent acquisition, preferably in tech or SaaS, with extensive Greenhouse experience, strong communication skills, and a collaborative, process-oriented mindset.
- The role is remote, with a preference for candidates in Eastern or Central time zones.
