We are seeking a technical Salesforce Business Systems Analyst & Administrator to support and enhance our Salesforce platform while partnering closely with engineering and go-to-market teams.
This role is hands-on and execution-focused.
You will administer Salesforce, implement well-defined solutions, support Sales and Marketing users on the front line, and collaborate with developers, analytics, and operations partners to deliver reliable, scalable systems.
Responsibilities include partner collaboration, translating business requirements, performing Salesforce administration, supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and supporting integrations.
The role requires at least 4+ years of experience in a Salesforce-focused technical role, Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications, and experience working in Scrum/Agile environments.
Preferred qualifications include Agentforce certification, familiarity with SOQL and Salesforce metadata, and supporting B2B SaaS go-to-market teams.
