Description
- Catbird, a demi-fine DTC jewelry brand, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Contract Manufacturing Production Manager to oversee and optimize manufacturing operations both domestically and internationally.
- The role involves managing multiple vendors, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency, and acting as the key liaison between sourcing, development, and factory partners.
- Responsibilities include overseeing production schedules, vendor management, cost negotiations, troubleshooting production issues, maintaining records, and traveling up to 2-5 weeks per year to support vendors and visit trade shows.
- The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in production or manufacturing management, preferably in jewelry, accessories, or fashion, with strong vendor management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
