- Join Carwow as a Junior Salesforce Administrator to help scale our internal platforms and processes.
- You will support Salesforce users, maintain configurations, create reports and dashboards, ensure data quality, assist with user onboarding, and contribute to process improvements.
- This hands-on role involves working closely with stakeholders to support sales, customer experience, and operations teams, supporting continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Requirements
- 1 to 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience supporting business users.
- Comfortable with Salesforce fundamentals: objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and permissions.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce reporting (reports, dashboards, list views).
- Basic to intermediate experience with Salesforce Flow and change practices.
- Strong attention to detail and structured approach to ticket handling.
- Experience with task and delivery tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).
- Clear communicator who enjoys helping others.
