Description
  • As an eCommerce Data Analyst at Cart.com, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders across marketing, product, merchandising, and omni-channel teams.
  • Your mission is to uncover actionable insights that drive performance, optimize customer experience, and fuel growth across Cart.com’s ecommerce ecosystem.
  • You will translate complex data into clear insights, collaborate on campaign optimization, design A/B testing frameworks, analyze site and user behavior, and support omni-channel strategies through data analysis.
  • The role requires building dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools, and involves working with various data platforms and tools to enhance business performance.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce, merchandising, or marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopify and apps such as Boost Commerce, ReBuy Engine, Constructor, Report Pundit.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Elevar, Adobe Analytics).
  • Strong SQL skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
  • Demonstrated success in advanced analytics (segmentation, cohort analysis, LTV modeling).
  • Nice to Haves: Experience leveraging LLMs or AI tools, familiarity with omni-channel commerce strategies, exposure to merchandising analytics and pricing strategy.
