As Canva scales, this role will see you leading a high-impact engineering team to develop features that empower marketers to publish, manage, and optimise campaigns across major ad platforms.
You will guide technical strategy across both frontend and backend systems, including performance insights, publish integrations, and LLM-powered tools.
Building a scalable, high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and hiring will be key.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, and Ecosystem teams to align strategy and delivery, champion quality, performance, observability, and operational excellence.
Driving initiatives like new ad platform integrations, publishing flow improvements, and creative recommendation enhancements will be part of your responsibilities.
The team you will join, Canva Grow, focuses on building the surface inside Canva that combines creativity, data, and insights to help businesses grow through better advertising.
