- Seasoned product management experience in technical domains related to open source software in the cloud native landscape
- Experience designing or managing software operations for large scale distributed systems
- Good understanding of cloud native technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker containers
- Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise security and compliance requirements in software operations
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive execution to excellence
- Passion for writing about technologies and experience in developer marketing
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events
