About Butternut Box

Butternut Box is a VC backed, direct to consumer pet wellness brand whose mission is to disrupt the traditional pet food market. We cook and deliver boxes of fresh dog food to homes across the UK. All of our food is cooked-to-order in weekly batches and we tailor every meal to suit the needs of each individual dog. We cook all of our food in our own human-grade kitchen right here in London and everything is tested on the team before it leaves the kitchen. We care deeply about the dogs and the pet parents we deliver to and by leveraging technology we provide a customer experience never before seen in the pet food market. For every new client that signs up with us, we donate a meal to a homeless or sheltered dog. Everything we do feeds back into our company motto, 'Real good food, Real good times'​.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, ideally in a fast-paced D2C or agency environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) and Paid Search (Google Ads, YouTube).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker, Data Studio, and A/B testing tools.
  • Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and performance tracking.
  • Comfortable managing budgets, reporting KPIs, and making data-backed decisions.
  • Creative eye for ad copy, visuals, and storytelling that converts.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a nice-to-have).
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and improve.
  • Right to work in the Netherlands.
  • Available fulltime.
