Description
- As a Compliance Analyst at AlphaSense, you will play a crucial role in supporting content generation while protecting clients from potentially sensitive information.
- You will review expert call transcripts to detect and resolve instances of material nonpublic and confidential information, conduct due diligence of financial reports and regulatory filings, and manage internal and external communications.
- The role requires agility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, compliance/financial/business analyst, or similar (preferred but not required).
- Strong research and analysis skills.
- Acute attention to detail and strong reading comprehension.
- Experience in proofreading, drafting, or investigative research.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
